A personalised service
We are a jargon free straight talking Sales & Lettings Agency. With us, you will get a local expert from Medway who will take care of everything for you.
No Contracts
We don’t believe in tieing you into a contract for weeks on end. If you aren’t happy with our service, you can simply let us know you wish to go with someone else. No hard feelings!
Fixed fees
We don’t charge confusing fees like 1.854%; we only do a fixed fee. We aren’t the cheapest out there, but we are confident that our service will blow you away and make the process easy.
Communication to suit you
We will communicate however you wish – whether that’s by phone, email, text, WhatsApp, FB Messenger or even carrier pigeon.
