When you purchase a second-hand property, choosing your location is no different. Think of the local area, schools, transportation, and other amenities, and if it meets your needs.

Look at the show home to see the standard finishes of the developer and the quality of the workmanship of the developer-it should be perfect.
Your advisor will inform you of anything that does not come as standard when you visit. Often constructed in the master bedroom wardrobes are standard, but in other bedrooms they are an extra. Take a look at where the points of authority, television and telephone are and ask if the cost includes white goods.

The sales consultant will request a deposit after deciding on your plot. The amount can vary from developer to developer and always check how much of the deposit will be returned if you cannot proceed with full purchase.
Once you have paid the deposit, your property will be removed from the market and estimated completion dates will be notified to you. You will also be added and provided a copy to the reservation list. The consultant will provide updates and invite you to the site to update meetings and, if necessary, will ask you to select your flooring and finishes.

Check with your developer what their warranty includes and how long it lasts can differ between 5 and 10 years. When you hand over your new build home, Your developer will usually spend some time with you showing where everything is and giving you cooking appliances, boilers, etc.
